Payment invoices

Introduction

Payment invoices represent an invoice (a set of payment transactions) made with a company card.

Create only

At the moment we only support creating new Payment invoices. Deletion or updates are not allowed.
Should you happen to submit a payment invoice twice, you will get an error explaining that payment
invoices must be unique on the combined source, source_qualifier and source_identifier fields.
