# Payment Transactions

## Introduction

Payment transactions represent payments made with a company card.

Once a payment transaction is created, it can be automatically or manually matched to a receipt that has been
registered with Skovik.

> At the moment we only support creating new Payment Transactions, deletion or updates are not allowed.
> Should you happen to submit a payment transaction twice, you will get an error explaining that payment
> transactions must be unique on `source_identifier` field.
